I posted a reveiw 2 days ago and push in newest reveiw. Shows how Shady no longer there. My opinion is the same if I could give a minus 10 on staff having any kind of compassion I would they all I believe lack empathy something that should be a job requirement not just to get a paycheck. They should go to work at a fast food place. The therapist are very nice but the nurses and there aids tell you what you want to hear but do something else. I have heard the way they talk to patients when they think know one is around. Horrible and say something told oh that's there personality well shouldn't that be addressed our loved ones desire more respect. I understand it can be challenging but that might be you one day it's called Emaphy not just a job. All it shows me they need better management if I kept getting a very the lowest rating might need under cover boss here.

Lengthy Administration review: I am a Masters student and needed to do a questionnaire related to their QI plan for a graded assignment. I was granted to chance to speak with Mr. Doss via phone by a young lady (whose name I wished I could remember) for 10 am on Friday. I arrived a little early and explained who I was to the HR lady that took my call, she informed me she hadn't had a chance to inform Mr. Doss that I was coming. She "politely" asked me to wait for him to come out of his meeting and she would let him know I was here. After almost 30 mins waiting he never came to speak to me nor did the young lady address my waiting. I informed the young lady I had to leave at that point to return to work. She did not offer any apology for lying nor see if he was available at that point. If this is how you care about people you are in the wrong business.

My father was at Brandon Court rehab for approximately one week. If I had not been there to help, I feel they would have killed him. His bathroom smelled so bad that I would have to close the door to it when I visited. In the common area (dining hall) other residents were yelling for help or trying to get out of their chairs while those who were supposed to be assisting them were out of the room or chatting with each other. It was a real nightmare! If I could give zero stars, I would.
