My mother has been a resident at Hermitage Gardens since October, 2008 and I have been totally satisfied with the care she has received. Not to mention all of the amenities and special events. The staff is dedicated to the care of their residents. They always notify me with any concerns or incidents concerning my mother's overall welfare. It is truly a relief to know that my mother is in a good place and is receiving the best possible care.

We were told when my Mom was admitted that this would be her last move and that they could handle all levels of care. Read your Contract. When my Mother started needing more care they started documenting. We were soon told that she would have to move elsewhere and was given 30 days notice or pay extra for 24 hour care. My Mom Died 30 days later under Hospice at a wonderful Nursing Home. The staff was pretty thoughtful and caring, the Administration not so much.
