Eva S was 103 years old when she was admitted to the Premier Cadbury At Cherry Hill (January 2019). Since my husband and I live in Boston, Lions Gate Rehabilitation was helpful in guiding us to the best long-term care facility for Eva - thank you Lions Gate Rehabilitation for the great referral!!! During the 6 months Eva was a resident at Premier Cadbury at Cherry Hill, she was well cared for by the entire staff (doctors, nurses, unit coordinators, home health aides, etc...). She received 24/7 close supervision and was treated with dignity. The staff put together a surprise 103rd birthday party for Eva as well as a centenarian celebration event for 6 residents with the oldest being 106 years old!!! The facility is very clean and well run. We found the entire staff to be professional, kind, helpful, and responsive to our phone calls. The doctors/nurses were in constant communication with us if there was a medical issue with Eva. The staff are always interacting with the residents and making sure the residents are engaged with activities. We also want to thank the admission and business office staff (Lisa and Angela) for their dedication in helping us with all the paperwork and to ensure Eva was comfortable in her new living situation. We thank the entire staff for giving Eva a wonderful 6 months stay at Premier Cadbury.

If you have a loved one who needs rehab do not send them here. Hardly anyone is friendly and if you have questions they act like it is an imposition to ask anything. Today my father had a soiled bed and the physical therapist cleaned him up it is not her job to have to do that. When I requested that the linens be changed after 2 hrs of waiting I was told to have patience. 4 hrs later and he still does not have sheets on his bed. I want to transfer him to another facility but he doesnt want to upset anyone. With the connection to Cadbury proper I thought this place would be a nice one. I was so wrong. This is a trying population to deal with but people who have patience and understanding should be hired for these positions.

This place is truly unacceptable. DO NOT bring your loved one here. The staff do not treat residents with respect. There is shady behavior going on and when things are reported, no one seems to care. It's unsettling and frustrating. The staff yell at residents and berate them. I don't know how this place even still exists.

To rate cadbury a zero would give them much more then they deserve.when someone lies, cheats and steal they can go to jail but cadbury gets paid for it.and patient care is always lousy.the staff knows how to tell you everything but the truth.
