I had an interview there. What I saw, I liked it. Staff was friendly. Residents looked clean and happy. ADON was amazing. Overall I'll be happy to work there.

The current administration is the worst! Rich is the biggest liar, firing staff after 3 hrs worked for no reason well wait let me say because they had to make a example and I was it! When in all actuality it was because I upset him when I questioned his intentions on a resident! He talks down to women and dosent shut up long to listen! I have never been written up and I have an amazing report with the case managers the doctors and most of all my patients! I have worked in this building for over 15 years! I have stayed bc I care about my patients! I will honestly say at this time with the current management this is the worst ran building ever! State needs to close this one next

I work in the medical field and had a pt from this facility seen in our office today. First of all, the pt looked as if he was dumped in his wheelchair, all slumped over to the side and not straight, second, after checking the pt vital signs, his O2 was in the 80's!!!! After checking for the tank to make sure it was on and full......low and behold there was NO TANK. The pt was sent to the office with a canula in place and the tube was sitting on his lap :(............I wouldn't recommend this facility to ANYONE !!! I only gave one star because I wouldn't be able to leave a review if I could I would give MINUS 5!!!!

Recently visited this facility. What a disappointment. There used to be a lot of energy and activity here. Staff looked stressed and over-worked. Not friendly or happy. Not one employee introduced themselves. I literally had to ask the name of the person who came from the back of one of the halls to meet me in the waiting area. When you greet someone that you've called in for an interview, you introduce yourself by name so that the person knows who they're speaking with. I was not introduced by name to anyone else in the office, nor did anyone bother to say hello or introduce themselves to me. Yet they joked around with each other while I sat there waiting to be interviewed. The Residents that I saw did not look happy or well cared for. How could they be. The men that I saw were unshaven. They wore sloppy clothing and their faces were unwashed. A totally gloomy atmosphere. Very sad. I can only imagine how the Residents felt. Obviously they receive very little attention. No one was talking with them. No joking around. No laughing. No smiling. Don't understand why they would place residents in a room by the nursing station where there is absolutely nothing to do but sit in their wheel chairs and listen to management having fun in the front office. How about some movies or music for these Residents who worked hard their entire lives and ended up here so that you can earn a living. A total of 3 red flags is a no go for me. I hit the 'no longer interested' option on Indeed for this place. This place is aweful. Though there was some recent minor remodeling, the overall appearance of the inside of the building had deteriorated. The only thing that was nice were the new faux wooden floors in the entrance area. I'm sure that the Residents could care less about the new floors as they do not have a positive impact on their quality of life here.
