My Mother has been at the facility for 4 years through and two owners. Finally the facility looks and smells clean. I have had two meals there and they were great. My mother also says the food has gotten so much better. There has been a change in staff for the good. They are uniformed and seem to be dedicated to the well being of the clients.

IWhere did the pictures on the website come from? We've been there for almost a year and I've NEVER seen anything like it? nitially, the previous owner and some staff seemed to be caring and welcoming. However, after visiting unexpectedly and more often I became aware of ongoing problems. The high turnover rate in this industry takes a toll. Much of the staff seems very lazy and incompetent as seen directly in front of the main nurses station: aides sitting around, talking with each other or on their phones while residents are ignored and lonely. The staff is poorly trained and lacks communication. The nurses seem overworked and forgetful. Much of the areas smell of urine and when I did see staff offering care, some but not all, seem inconsiderate and uncaring. Some do their jobs well but it is very inconsistent The cafeteria servers were downright rude! The doctor that visits seems only interested in receiving payment from Medicare etc as he is involved with 3-4 personal care facilities. He did not return phone calls and only answers questions when I was able to meet in person and wait and then follow up with constant reminders. The wheelchair we waited for was in storage and we never did receive it after waiting 3 weeks before we relocated. If you are able to visit very often/daily the this location may work for you. If you depend on the staff to care for your loved one then this is NOT the place to make you feel at ease. Just an update.... After leaving this location and NOT BEING REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT, I learned there was a change in ownership BUT its not a real change. Now, the administrators family bought it and claim they can't issue a refund! What a load of %

Worst job to ever work for Stephen Minton along with his mother Denise Minton are racist... they recently just took over the facility about a month ago when Stephen arrived about three months ago he was very unprofessional as long as he is now. Both him and his mother don't know any answers to any questions and they don't even know any of the residents names or even tried to have conversations with any of them... the last past two pay checks for the employees bounced cause they spent all their money trying to fix the building. Meanwhile the building is still invested with bed bugs that they had a bed bug sniff dog come in on Monday 1/2019 and the dog found bed bugs all in the new couches and in multiple residents rooms. Everything is so unorganized they never have a set rountine for any of the workers. I feel the nurses aide staff is underpaid for all the work they do. I highly don't recommend this nursing home to anyone not for a job and not for a place for a loved one.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Im sad that my relative is in this place. It is under staffed, the staff they do have is poorly trained. There's no conscience there about cleanliness & no cleaning products available to family when needed (we bring our own which are routinely stolen). I would never recommend this place.

The facility is under new management as of January 2017. Drastic changes have been made to improve the facility both physically and culturally. They are very resident focused with 2 Full time nurses on staff to accommodate any residents needs. Please feel free to stop in for an on the spot tour with our caring staff.
