Glencrest manor is by far the worst place to send your love ones this place constantly has bed bugs the residents are treated poorly they are serve left over food daily there is mice feces all over the house the residents are made to go to bed and get up at a certain time this place has so many state violation its ridiculous the owner is very disrespectful to the residents she yells and screams at them until the residents are scare of her the owner treats her staff like her personal slaves to run in jump at her every move she even has her staff carrying her grocerys theres no activities that is being done to motivate the resident all process food is being serve please think twice before sending your love ones there i gave this place 1 star because there is some staff there that do care about the residents God bless... .
