Most of staff is very unfriendly and seem miserable. Not all staff is like this, but the number of staff members that seem to not like their job and seem to treat the patients just like patients and not like actual human beings outweighs the number of staff that actually seem to like their jobs and actually have the characteristic of going above and beyond to make the patients feel welcomed and like a human being. My heart breaks to think about what those patients go through with some of the staff members. I know this can happen anywhere, but if you want your family member to have a great experience while staying in a facility like this, don't take them here. There are other places out there that have kind-hearted staff that will treat your loved one like a human being.

Staff is wonderful, just not enough of them per patient ratio.. But I love them all.. They are compassionate and loving towards all their patients.. I'm here for rehab and not one of your seniors, so I can really see what's going on 24/7

I am posting this for my father Larry, he says he was very impressed with all staff members. From the nurses, physical therapists, respritory, and any one I might have missed. The therapy department is the best

Awful food. Dirty. Haven't cleaned sheets or got different ones in 6 days.. Meal example- breakfast: flimsy cold waffle, half piece rubber bacon. Dinner: cold hot dog. And takes over an hr to get a pain pill. Just stratches the surface.

I visited a family member this past Monday and found the facility acceptable in my mind. I didn't find any problems with any of the staff or how activities were conducted on the floor I visited. Lots of things going on for the patients, live music, etc...No body wants to be there, it's usually not by choice, but by need, I have seen a lot worse.
