Our Mom moved to Rose Tree Place from another area Senior Living place and we could not have been happier. The entire staff was wonderful to deal with including the admins, aides, nurses, housekeeping, and dining room. The building and Mom's room was kept clean, the entertainment was good, and the food was very good. Most important, the people there really care and demonstrate their compassion and kindness. I would highly recommend this community.

To start with, I rarely write reviews on places, but I was so impressed by Rose Tree Place I think they deserve a comment. I have been in multiple personal care facilities in the area when visiting friends and Rose Tree Place is definitely one of the nicest! The staff were all very kind and seem to really care about the residents. The facility is well maintained and very clean! When I got there the other day, my friend was down in physical & occupational therapy and she said that it has really helped her get stronger. When I get to the point that I need to move into a personal care facility, I will definitely be going to Rose Tree Place!

When considering Rose Tree Place do the math. Ask, 'What happens to Mom when the money runs out?" Be aware that assets are "spent down" quite quickly and a resident will have to leave when the money is gone. This is a "for profit" organization. Be sure to compare with "not for profit" facilities. There are some nice ones and, when the assets are gone, many of these facilities will keep your loved one "till death do you part". After my brother-in-law and I visited this place I was surprised to learn that, after I cancelled their nurse's visit to my mom's home, Community Director Michael Rasmussen called my brother-in-law to make him aware of my decision. He didn't call me, son and Power of Attorney, but my brother-in-law who suggested he call me directly. Mr. Rasmussen never called me after I cancelled the "bum's rush" tactics of "qualifying" my mom for residency at this FOR PROFIT facility and his "end around" tactics I considered suspicious and desperate. Try the United Methodist homes of New Jersey. Mom loves it and we all sleep better at night knowing that they'll care for mom after her assets are gone.

My grandfather lives here. It's a well-run facility with lots of events for residents.
