Horrible environment to say the least! I have been a witness to how this facility treats their employees for many years. There is no sense of advocation for the ones who give 110% dedication to making a difference. They hire young staff who refuse to work and forces older employees who are close to retirement to do unrealistic duties. There is no respect for the individuals who actually contribute to the facility. They rehire individuals who they know have horrible work ethic who have left multiple times, just to have bodies there. This directly affects the individuals who have to pick up the slack. The descrimination with the employees needs addressed on multiple levels. There is a lot more that could be said involving the residents and how some of them are allowed to carry on and treat staff members. I would not recommend working here or having your loved one reside here. Or if you want to have your loved ones living with individuals who are verbally abusive to other residents and staff, and employees who are lazy and not experienced taking care of them... go for it
