    Really love the staff. Everyone is so nice and treats my dad so well. My dad lives there permanently in the assisted living portion of the building and he seems like the happiest he's been since mom passed. Can't say enough about Alpine. So happy. :)

    Grandma Cook has lived at Alpine for a while now and she loves it. She's constantly telling me about her friends at the community whenever I come to visit! (it's a bit annoying really, because she's got like a million stories) The staff is super nice and everyone seems to really care about the residents and what's happening. 10/10 would totally recommend!

    DO NOT WORK FOR THE FOLLOWING: ALPINE TERRACE, EDGEWATER, HILLTOP NURSING. ***WARNING WARNING*** This employer is absolutely the worst. They care nothing about the employees who drudge through long hours with no recognition. That is the minor issue; the BIG problem?? They never pay their employees!! You are either shorted hundreds of dollars, or you just simply do not receive your money for services rendered! Try bringing this issue up to supervisors? They do not care! The kitchen supervisor at Alpine Terrace (Jennifer) will lie to your face about sending in the appropriate paperwork, then in the same breath will blatantly admit she "forgot" to turn it in. Most of the time she blames management (Dina) for not doing her job. Dina? Well she will tell you to your face that she does not have time for you and that SHE is the Alpha female! What are we a pack? Dina will even tell you that you are going to be punished for not clocking in the right way, even though this all goes back to Jennifer the kitchen supervisor who does not do her job. If that does not deter you from working at these places, take into account that when you call Healthcare services group , Inc, to file your complaint for not getting paid, like weeks later, there a some lady who answers the phone and instead of directing your call to the appropriate offices, like she SHOULD do, she screens the calls. She will interrogate you for 15 minutes, because you are an idiot and she thinks you have not attempted every means possible to get paid; then directs your call to a voice mail. Here your message never gets returned. This company does not care if you get your money for working or not. It's Jennifer blaming Dina for not getting paid and Dina blaming Jennifer for not doing her job. Not to mention this company is so shorthanded that they try to coerce you into working more hours because some other employee needs a day off and the supervisor doe snot want to work it. So, in knowing all of this, take caution and really consider if you want the hassle of working yourself to death and not getting paid for it. You have been warned.
