Dr Juson is by far unprofessional! I walked out of this practice. And I still got billed when the DR never came in. He refused to look at my 3 y/o! That's ok guys y'all didn't want to give me a #! But I reported you to the Texas Medical Board and BBB! I'm not the type to complain bc I own my own business chain! But this is over the top

These folks are lifesavers. I was traveling through TX on a very long journey back to OH from CA and had a pretty serious emergency. A 24 hour "emergency center" had refused to even treat me because my insurance is Medicare and I'm disabled. The staff quickly took me in and Dr. Jusan was pleasant, a good listener, and helpful as well. I got the help I needed here and even though it's a very small rural hospital (I could barely see the "Emergency Room" sign from the street) it's extremely clean, well staffed, reasonably modern and professional. Thank you Shamrock General, I wish I could remember the names of the rest of the staff who helped me because they were all wonderful and fixed what was a very bad situation. - Eli L.
