A close family friend is here. The pro of this placement is the activities. The activity department is proactive, compassionate, and always looking to get people involved. However, the health services department struggles significantly. They struggle to comply with the care plans and provide proper care. The CNAs claim they are understaffed or too overwhelmed when asked why multiple showers in a week are missed. Their supervisor is even less helpful when asked. Recently we were told "I don't know" when we inquired about why her staff neglected to shower the family friend for the past week, despite it being included in the care plan. This is not the first encounter, in fact the family hasn't gone more than two weeks without showers being ignored and missed by the health service department. The main goal of assisted livings is to preserve quality of life and health, something this location clearly doesn't value under the current leadership team.

I went here for an off-site for my massage school. The staff were super friendly, and the people living there were really happy, at least the ones I met. It was a great experience.

I came across the Sarah Daft Home while looking for assisted living for my grandmother. I was impressed with how homey the building felt. The staff appeared really friendly, and the residents looked happy. If we can get my grandmother to move, I think she would really enjoy it here

I was very impressed with the home like atmosphere that this building offers. The residents appeared very happy, and the staff was very welcoming. The food looks good, and the building smells nice. I would recommend Sarah Daft to anyone looking for an assisted living community.

Warm environment, caring staff, Surprisingly good food. Comparatively affordable, but just as homely as anywhere else we looked.
