I have worked with Sunrise for 8 years and I have to say this is the absolute best place to work! The team is so caring and hands on. They are all-in! It is an absolute joy to serve our residents here. This is a company that doesn't just have nice sayings, but truly cares about seniors. It is an honor to work for such a fine company and to do work that truly matters.

The staff is very attentive, helpful, respectful, caring, and really like working there. Parking is at a premium, so plan accordingly or in the garage. My grandparents were here for 10+ years and moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and were then moved to the assisted living side of the building. My grandmother died here about 3 years ago in care of a hospice nurse. My grandfather was very old and had been using a walker and was coming in from outside and the automatic door knocked him down to the ground, he died in pain 9 days later. The staff tried to comfort him and checked in on him at all hours, for he was loved by all and will be missed greatly. They have since replaced the director here and it is a very nice facility, but there are minor issues that they need to attend to, the main one would be the transoms in between the floorings, there are literally ridges which are not something that you would want for people in their 80's, 90's, and 100's in wheelchairs, walkers, and shuffling of feet.

I have had the opportunity to work at Sunrise at Holladay. I have had the opportunity to witness amazing care given to the residents in the community. The staff is fully invested in providing the best customer experience senior living can offer.

As a young man under 50 recently paralyzed as I was run over by a truck, I stayed here for under a month, My experience was horrible, they refused to take me to the gym to do my exercises and was paid to do that, the driver sat in the lobby for hours doing nothing and still refused for weeks, refused to let me use the exercise equipment there at the facility, then when I left to find another place the new places wanted a referral from them and the staff who was responsible for giving the referral told them lies to prevent me from getting a new place, they got mad because I chose to leave due to their unwillingness to do what was required of them and what they got paid to do. If your thinking of being here or putting a loved one here I wouldn't. What was done here at this facility is unforgettable and unfortunately illegal. Great thing is I found another place where I happily resided for months no thanks to this place.
