Very nice, well decorated, clean, and fresh. Unlike any other assisted living place. The entrance area & rooms have more of a nice hotel feel. No funky odors. The cafeteria is nice with sweet ladies cooking good food. They also had the best Easter egg tree I've ever seen! ?????

Dirty place special memory care., If you love you parents don't put them in this facility. Management doesn't care about human beings special the RN.

Visited a relative there in the Memory Care wing. The facility is in a mountainous, scenic, and beautiful area in VA. It was bright, clean, secure, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I am looking forward to spending more time there with my family member in the future for meals and fun activities.

Worst job I ever had. In the interview the ask...about past jobs. Once, they understood my background which was skilled, they proceed to tell you how the facility is nothing like skilled nursing!!!! It was a lie!!!! Memory care has mostly bed rest, nursing home, total care patients. You had to do everything for them. For $9.50. If they told me what to expect, I would have never started. My previous 15 years of experience were skilled nursing. I wanted something different. The patients did not have soap, wipes, or personal care products. I was forced on multiple occasions to clean All of my soiled patients with just..wet Paper towels from the sink. If they had personal items, we didn't have access to them, no key, nor did the floor manager when asked. It was very unprofessional and ratchet. Cursing, yelling, and physically abusing residents. Or course when the family is not around. I kindly spoke to management about what I seen.....They knew about the problems but claim to " never be able to catch" the people doing it. Its so much....But I will shorten...DO NOT SEND LOVED ONE TO ENLIVANT DANVILLE VA. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND THE APPEARANCE OF THE FACILITY. TAKE IT FROM A EMPLOYEE WHO QUIT BECAUSE OF THESE THINGS! I didn't get fired to have this anger. I couldn't witness it....or deal with the manager.
