Nobody deserves to live under the conditions displayed by this facility. It's old and run down and the people who live there clearly don't get the attention they need. They walk up and down Cary Street and people think they are homeless, because they ask for money and food. I passed by a man in a wheel chair once, who was pleading to a staff member to help him because he kept getting robbed and beaten. She said there was nothing she could do. It's a very sad state of affairs at this place.

This place was HORRIBLE. My husband and I use to live here. I was framed by the administration and sexually assaulted by another resident.
