The thing that impresses me the most about The Willows is the fact that they care for each resident who lives there. I visit my grandmother and see how she is treated by the staff. They have all types of activities planned through out the day and she shows me things she made or tells me who came to entertain. In today's society it's hard to get good help and every where I go I see how help wanted signs posted. Yet, this place see's that my grandmother is cared for and I have no complaints. The RN, who is in charge is nice to work with, and all the aids have been pleasant-they work very hard and I'm sure I couldn't do what they do. My grandmother is happy, and cared for so me and my mom don't have to worry about her being alone. That is worth its weight in gold.

I am an employee here, they have great great services and accommodations for families and especially the residents. We make them feel right at home. All of the residents are so sweet and caring! You can't help but get attached. ?

I am indirectly associated with this magnificent and wonderful place. The leadership, staff, and volunteers go above and beyond to show dignity, love, and respect for any one and every one whom they serve and work with daily. The facility is always immaculate and the food outstanding.
