The past 2 weeks just verify I made the right decision to move into The Quarry 3 years ago. A minor fall has turned into kind of a big deal, cast & all. The help I have received from transportation to meal service was great. Most of all the care and concern by EVERYONE was like being embraced by a big, loving family. Thanks to all of you! This could have been a very different outcome had I still been living alone.

We were here for a business meeting however the location and space was beautiful. The residents that we came in contact with were happy and welcoming. Thank you to the staff for your professionalism and residents for your hospitality as we were in your home!

My dad has lived there for 2 years. This place has literally been life saving. The Prestige (company) facility he was in before this witnessed him lose weight and interest in going forward. He was 86 pounds when i moved him. At The Quarry the care has been excellent and so has the food. Weight and health were restored and he began walking again. They cannot arrest the underlying issues he has, but they have allowed my dad to make the most of what he can do. They are well staffed and there is a big bench of people to turn to. Its also big so that when its hot or cold out there's a lo t to do. They have several activity spaces, there's a theater, a lounge- and here's something else. You never see the residents just lined up somewhere looking into space as you do in some other places. They have excellent events on holidays and there is actually a restaurant and snack bar open most hours- handy for the adult children too.

I called this facility in order to find out more about it, and the activities that are provided. During my call I was interrupted on my end and excused myself momentarily. The receptionist let me know she had other calls to take giving me the impression that she was too busy to wait for me. When I let her know how I felt put off by her handling of the call she started defending herself and talked over me not allowing me to say anything else. I opted to send an email however the email I was given appears to be one that is for inquiries and I am not sure if my email will be read at all. The message I get from this exchange is that I would not be heard if my parent lived at this facility. Very disappointing.

Got an uncle with Parkinson's living there. Seems clean and my cousin, his daughter likes it as well. They have a Parkinson's wing also.
