The staff at St Monica's is the best. Everyone is super caring and helpful. Everyone on staff seem to know all the residents and greet them by first name every time they come into contact with them. They all go the extra mile to make sure the residents are happy, healthy and kept as active as possible.

St. Monica's has cared for four of my family members over the last 30 years with the utmost care and love while maintaining the highest standard of medical excellence. Every member of the St. Monica's team, from housekeeping to kitchen staff to caregivers, continually went the extra mile for my relatives. All the warm smiles, friendly touch and comfortable environment made us so relieved that our family was living at St. Monica's.

The CNA's are good and hardworking but are serverly short staffed. 4 CNA's are all that are alloted on 1st and 2nd shift and no nurse on the unit on 2nd or 3rd shift for Memory care. There expected to care for 20 something people who need alot of care. Plus do all the housekeeping and laundry and these members are paying alot of money (private pay) there not getting the best care because management cut the staffing. The building is beautiful but its not getting the deep clean it should get because management feels its best to not hire housekeeping for the Memory Care Unit. Let the CNA's do it as if they don't have enough on there plates caring for high risk individuals. It could be a great place but unfourtantly management is trying to save a buck by cutting staff at the risk of the people who are intrusted in there care. Hope things change used to be a great place to work.

The staff at St. Monica's has always been welcoming. They take great care of their residents and are sensitive to their individual needs. I always feel very comfortable asking questions of the nurses and other staff and they are always kind and responsive. The facility is beautiful and I believe this to be the best senior living facility I've ever visited. I felt lucky to have my grandmother living here and always enjoyed visiting her.

St. Monica's has an amazing community of nurses, staff, and residents. I volunteered there during high school and college in the activities department and was so impressed with the variety of activities we did to include everyone. I got to know many residents on a personal level and enjoyed their company, stories, and laughter. It truly is a great place that is clean, safe, and friendly.
